Ihre Aufgaben
- Support the implementation of EMEA quality standards and guidelines respecting business needs
- Manage the EMEA quality management software infrastructure (CAQ)
- Develop and maintain quality-management-related reporting for all levels of use
- Conduct quality management audits (ISO 9001:2015/ISO 13485:2016) in a multi-site environment at our EMEA subsidiaries
- Support subsidiaries on external audits
- Conduct audit follow-up activities, analyze audit findings and identify best practices, key issues and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct quality audits at supplier side for 3rd party products and outsourced processes
Ihr Profil
- University degree or similar qualification;
- Strong IT affinity as well as business-driven attitude;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015/ISO 13485:2016, of FDA 21 CFR Parts 820 quality system requirements advantageous
- Fluency in English and German language skills, further languages advantageous;Risk management knowledge beneficial;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.
