For our client we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position in Quality Control-Team.

Leading/organizing an appropriate processes according to industry standards for onboarding and continuous training;

Project managing with subject matter experts to create, review and disseminate training content;
-
Managing an internal training compliance;
-
Identify and implement strategy for process improvements and harmonizations;
-
Leading/organizing preparation meeting, coordinates requested document preparation with SMEs;
-
Coordination and handling of escalated quality events in collaboration with QA functions;
-
Lead CAPA plan development and its status tracking;
-
Organise Lessons Learned for improvements.

Master degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Medical Sciences preferred;
-
(first) Experience in the field of safety data processing or clinical development;

Thorough knowledge of PV Quality, skills/experience in GxP Quality;

Experience in training activities and CAPA management;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

Highly reliable with accurate operating principles;

Analytic and systematic approach with good problem solving skills;

Ability to understand complex matters with a continuous focus on improvement;

Substantial communication skills, in particular also on intercultural level with respect and appreciation of cultural diversity;

Proactive, autonomous and reliable working style paired with the ability to work in international matrix teams.
