Lead the regional functional development department;
-
building, mentoring and maintaining a highly functional technical team;

set up an appropriate infrastructure within the department to perform the technology, sustaining and product development projects efficiently;

create a strong network in the development centers to strengthen the project execution;

Develop products in cooperation with external partner as off-the-shelf;

contact person in case of notified body-related questions;

University (M.Sc) degree in Life Sciences or Engineering;

experience in development and production of medical devices;

experience with leadership, preferred in medical device research & development;

experience in process and business-oriented management;

select, lead, retain and develop a team;

prioritize and execute despite varying stakeholders, priorities and tasks;

strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners;
