Manage contract development and manufacturing projects;
-
Responsible for ensuring scope, timelines and quality of projects.;
-
key interface between Phyton’s project teams and the customers by defining, communicating, documenting and tracking project scope, objectives, priorities and progress;
-
communication with internal and external project stakeholders ;
-
project update reports to communicate progress on the projects within Phyton and the customer organization;
-
Support the Business Development team in assessing resource needs of project opportunities;
-
Work with Finance team to monitor financial performance of projects;
-
Further develop and implement project management tools and processes across the organization;
-
Life sciences background (B.Sc. M.Sc) in biotechnology, biology, biochemistry or related field;
-
at least 3 years of relevant project management experience;
-
Finesse in managing complex;
-
multi-dimensional projects with a variety of technical and operational challenges;
-
knowledge of biotech development and manufacturing technologies;
-
Familiarity with GMPs;
-
Fluent in English and German;
-
travel occasionally;
