Our HR experts will then analyse and qualify your application documents using the four-eyes principle. However, we do not categorise you, but work very successfully with profile clusters. In this way, we can also present you with job and project options that you yourself may not have thought of.
However, your application for a job offer is only the first step in our multi-stage profiling process – we will contact you within a few days to get to know your wishes and expectations even better in an initial interview. We are particularly interested in what is important to you at the moment and what career steps you are aiming for in the next few years.
Based on our initial interview, we would like to get to know you further in a personal interview. In doing so, you will give us an overview of your professional successes and we will give you an insight into current offers, which we usually arrange exclusively on behalf of our partner companies. Together we will agree on the next steps – regardless of whether you are currently looking for a job or whether a job change is only an option for you in the medium and long term.
We know the individual requirements of our partner companies precisely and in detail. That’s why we can prepare your application documents and your application profile in such a way that all the parameters of your experience and qualifications relevant to the position are clearly visible.
We prepare you optimally for your interview: You will receive all the important information from us in advance about the specific requirements of the vacant position, what challenges there might be and how the interview will proceed in detail. In coordination with your potential employer, we can also attend in person and positively contribute our personnel expertise on your behalf.
Of course, we are also at your disposal for all matters concerning successful recruitment and the conclusion of a contract for permanent employment or project work. For example, we will be happy to negotiate an earlier exit with your current employer. We can also conduct any salary negotiations with the new employer directly if you wish.
