The project is about quality management with a focus on validation processes. The goal is to improve current quality metrics, reduce complaints, resolve product issues, increase customer satisfaction, improve internal processes and systems for BPS operations.

- Projektdauer: 23.03.2026 (spätestens Ende März) bis 31.10.2026 (Projektverlängerung möglich bis zum 31.03.2027)
- Projektumfang: ca. 20 Projekttage pro Monat
- Onsite in Göttingen ca. 65% bis 75% und remote ca. 25% bis 35%
- Projektsprachen: Englisch (Angebote auf Englisch), Deutsch
Service description:
Provision of independent consulting services to implement a transformation quality program. The quality program has already defined tasks and workstreams:
- Improvements in internal processes
- Product reliability improvements
- Complaint process improvements
- Quality systems improvements
- Supplier quality improvements
Project tasks of the service:
- Coordinate activities within the transformation program across defined workstreams
- Refine program scope, timelines, and budget as required
- Prepare materials and documentation for steering committee meetings
- Maintain RAID logs, coordinate project related communication and escalations with stakeholders
- Prepare decision proposals and support the transparent execution of the program
- Ensure all program activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., GMP, GAMP, ISO standards)
- Apply established methods and tools for quality assurance and project coordination (e.g., SAP, QMS, TrackWise, CAPA)
- Align with multiple stakeholders, including senior managers and subject matter experts, to ensure successful program delivery
